• By enrolling in the Physician Wholesale Supplement Program, you agree to the following:
• You are a licensed MD or DO practicing in the United States.
• Products purchased are for resale or use within your medical practice only.
• Supplements may not be resold on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
• You are responsible for advising your patients on appropriate supplement use.
• All sales are final once orders are placed unless a product defect is present.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and billed according to the plan selected.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
